Indications
Complete La Femme® balances hormones by diminishing peaks and valleys of hormone levels. The product has a side effect of breast enhancement for most women.
Time Line
It is recommended that LaFemme should be used for a minimum of three months to give the formula time to work to full extent. The reason a woman will stay on the product longer than 3 months is this: When a woman notices the enhancement within the initial 3 month period of time, she may want to continue the product for 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9 months, or until she notices that there is finally no further enhancement. The breast will only grow to a certain extent. When she notices the breast is no longer changing, she should stop taking the product and then 4 to 6 months later, buy 1 bottle and take it according to the dosage on the bottle. From then on, she should buy and take 1 bottle every 4 to 6 months as a maintenance dosage.
The best way to check for enhancement is with a brand new bra that fits now. This ‘test bra’ should not be worn on a daily basis, but only used for checking on the enhancement.
Cautions
The user should be cautioned to avoid caffeine 1 1/2 hrs before to 1 1/2 hrs after taking the product. Caffeine, whether from coffee, tea, chocolate, etc, interferes with absorption and the woman would not experience the full effect of the product.
Additionally, the product, whether in a capsule or liquid form, should not be washed down with a carbonated beverage such as pop or soda. Water or juice is best.
Contraindications
Complete La Femme® should not be used if the woman is pregnant, nursing, or on a prescription hormone replacement therapy. It is alright to take the product if the user is on a birth control pill. If the user is on other medications or supplements, it is suggested she consult her health professional before taking Complete La Femme.
Side effects
Some women notice a disruption in the menstrual cycle during the 1st or 2nd month, but by month 3 it should be stabilized. Some women notice a tingling or tenderness in the breast during the enhancement, but some women experience the enhancement without those feelings.
On occasion a woman will state that she feels bloated while on the product. Complete La Femme® is also a cleanser/detoxifier. Should this occur, we suggest you stay on the product but drink more water each day to help your body get rid of the toxins. This feeling is short termed and in most cases only lasts 2 or 3 weeks.
We do have reports from users that their hair, nails, and skin have improved in color, texture, and tone, but we do not have scientific data to substantiate this. Also, some women report that some of the symptoms of endometriosis have been alleviated, but here again, we do have not have scientific data to substantiate this.
Forms – capsules / liquid
Capsules are generally the product form of choice simply for convenience. For some individual, the liquid may work slightly faster but the end results will be the same regardless of form.
